Growing Wealth Live From 9 to 5

There’s a world of conventions and learning opportunities for investors and wealth-seekers that I didn’t know about until I started seeking them out as a means of peddling my wares. Last weekend I was an exhibitor at Growing Wealth Live in San Francisco, formerly called the Cash Flow Conference, put on by the American Cash Flow Association.
There were a lot of investors there, but most attendees made their money buying, selling, and brokering cash flows, such as:
* Real estate notes and liens, both current and in default
* Business notes
* Factoring, or purchasing and collecting other people’s accounts receivable
* Buying lawsuit settlements and lottery winnings
Basically, almost anytime Person A owes Person B money, there is a Person C somewhere who will pay Person B some discounted amount for the chance to collect the money from Person A. And this convention had a boatload of Person C’s.
I got the chance to speak, meet new people, find subscribers to my newsletter, and raffle away an iPod and a Guitar Hero video game (shown in pictures above). Yes, it breaks my heart to hand over the key to happiness every time I’m an exhibitor at a conference, but it gets people to come to my booth a lot faster than just another pretty face with an orange beard (shown in pictures above).
