There are several levels of membership and training you can receive from Alan. Below is an overview of each:

Level 1: Visitor

By visiting AlanBrymer.com, you will find many helpful articles, videos, and podcasts that cover how to make money systematically in real estate.

Warning…This is the only level of membership that is lame. In fact, it’s not really a level of membership at all. If you’re here lurking, it’s time to quit monkeying around, get serious, and subscribe to Alan’s free newsletter.

Level 2: Subscriber

By subscribing to Alan’s FREE e-newsletter, you will be notified of new tips and content posted here, instead of forgetting to come back and missing out on a ton of hot new ideas and business-building breakthroughs. Subscribers are also invited to attend live trainings and Q&A Calls with the nation’s leading real estate experts and teachers.

AND, subscribers get notified of other special events, like live seminars, new free reports, and discounts and promotions. Non-subscribers, on the other hand, will continue about their lives, blissfully ignorant of the smorgasbord of knowledge they are missing out on. Level 3: New-School Investor

Alan’s New-School Investor Training Program is a step-by-step series of lessons and assignments designed to show you exactly what to do to begin making money each week in real estate.

Level 4: VIP Member (Group Coaching)

This is where it gets REALLY exciting. The VIP Coaching Program will guide you through the process of systemizing your real estate operation, outsourcing your work to your team, growing your income and net worth, and ultimately getting free of your business. This series of monthly course modules reveal the “Path to Freedom” used by Alan and many others to get free and earn a consistent and generous income in only a few hours per week.
