Now that the market has changed, I’m a buy and hold person–not into retailing these days, except as a realtor. I’m actively working with properties that have lots of equity or are currently free and clear for owner financing and lease options.

Hey Alan,

I found the interviews awesome as a refresher on most topics that I already have knowledge in. I guess you could call it “confirmation”

As far as the workbook goes, I haven’t even looked at it. I am a visual learner and I work on average 15 hours a day, therefore the CD’s were my tool.

Then again, I do have a lot of knowledge on most of the topics already, so for me, I didn’t find the workbook useful. However I do know that most people would find the book a valuable tool.

What I liked the best is the encouragement from more than one interview on raising private money to buy as much as possible in this incredible market and that is exactly what I am doing at this time!

I really can’t say what I liked the least, because I think you had a little something in there for everyone, seasoned and un seasoned and that’s what I liked about it.

There was alot of meat in the contents and I do not even respond to these kind of surveys because I don’t have the time, therefore for me to even complete your survey, That says alot and I feel that it is worthy of my time.

You did a great job delivering “contents” this is what all the gurus say they will deliver, but don’t!

I would love to see you move forward in teachinfg Alan, just don’t comprimise the meat for the money. It will all come back to you Ten Fold if you continue to teach with usefull tools.
